He discovered his love for building while still in college at Appalachian State. Helping his professors with remodeling projects sparked his desire to create homes that go far beyond providing shelter. After graduation, Richard started the 23-year tireless quest for excellence that is R.M. Bondurant Construction. By keeping overhead low and personally overseeing every project, Richard continues to keep your dreams affordable.
